Levantino Romantic Wine Bar
May 24, 2016

Since its opening in December 2013, customers have come to discover the romantic atmosphere at Vino Levantino. Already more than a few couples have formed here, and some have even returned a few months later to remember that first night.
Maybe it’s the gently flickering candles that set the mood. Or the old-fashioned lanterns that cast shadows reminiscent of a romantic side street in southern Europe, or farther east to Istanbul and the Levant. Perhaps it’s the music, a carefully chosen international selection played at a level that encourages intimate conversation.
Or maybe it’s the food. Diners can share a variety of small plate appetizers, or linger over dessert. Sometimes a special dessert of the day makes an appearance: moist almond cake drizzled in a luscious blood orange syrup. Vino Levantino has a selection of over 70 types of wine, with selections ranging from the South of France, to New Zealand, Argentina, Lebanon, Turkey, and Israel. Kosher wines are also available.
Any evening at Vino Levantino is good for date night. On Thursdays, Vino presents live music, with performers ranging from jazz to Sephardic-inspired music. On Friday and Saturday evenings, the lively vibe can be contagious. Other days of the week, customers can enjoy more leisurely conversation in a relaxed atmosphere.
This is How Czarina described it:
